The Florensia staff give support in official channels on irc.euirc.net.
If you don't have got an IRC client you can simply connect with the provided java-client on this page. To use it simply put in your nickname you want to use and click on "Go!".
The script will join you automatically in the support channel of your language.

Don't close this tab because of that you will be disconnected from the chat.
If you click on links out of the menubar or from the chat they will be opend in a new tab.
